Laparoscopic Management of Twisted Ovarian Cyst (fairly moderate size) in a 16 yrs old girl
Rarest variety of Tubal Pregnancy. Usual termination is rupture (10-14 weeks) and associated with massive intraperitoneal hemorrhage. Diagnosis is difficult and usually made by USG/MRI. Significant cause of maternal mortality unless managed early.
Mullerian anomalies and reconstructive surgeries
27 yrs old woman with massive Intraperitoneal hemorrhage following ruptured tubal ectopic was managed laparoscopically. She had uneventful recovery.
